​Has Jersey Oyster repaid funds? Has it demonstrated return on investment for the tax payer?

Clarification Received:  

My previous question has asked since trading what grants has been received by Jersey oyster. So this is asking: 

i)

has any of the grants or public money been repaid 

ii)

or has the public received any financial return on the investments in the business 

Response

i)

The previous Freedom of Information request as referred to above confirmed the total paid to Jersey Oyster under the Marine Support Scheme to date is £87,086.

There has been no repayment of this grant to the Department of the Economy. 

ii)

As the above referred to scheme is delivered with multiple credit components, to provide an answer to the request would require extraction and manipulation of data to produce new information. A Scheduled Public Authority (SPA) is not required to manipulate and create new data sets in response to a Freedom of Information request, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
