How much money did the Economic Development Department spend on commercial fishermen’s remaining harbour dues or mooring costs for 2014 following the storms last spring, as part of a commitment made in April by the then Minister?

How much money did the Economic Development Department spend on the Jersey Fishermen’s Association’s (JFA) 2014 and 2015 contributions to the annual Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) audit?

C.

How many applications were made to the EDD for compensation for loss of equipment such as lobster pots, during the 2014 storms?

D.

Please can I have a breakdown of how much money was given to each individual successful applicant?

E.

Please can you tell me how much money has been raised in mooring fees for leisure and fishing boats at Bouley Bay in the years 2012, 2013 and 2014?

2014 Marine Stewardship Council audit - Euro 5,162.00 (£4,028.27) The figure for 2015 is yet to be confirmed.

I can confirm that the States of Jersey holds this information. However, this information is exempt under Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 and cannot be released. See exemption details below.

Article 25 Personal information

(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if:

(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005; and

(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.

Justification for exemption: this request for personal data about another individual would contravene the data protection principles of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005.
