Children's Outcomes Executive Committee (COEC)
The Children's Outcomes Executive Committee was established in March 2023 to replace the Children’s Strategic Leadership and Children’s Strategic Partnership Boards.

The establishment of a Corporate Parenting Board (CPB) is a statutory requirement of the Children and Young People (Jersey) Law 2022.
The CPB will provide political leadership and oversight on Corporate Parenting activity as set out in the Children and Young People (Jersey) Law 2022.

The Emergency Powers and Planning (Jersey) Law 1990 constitutes an Emergencies Council whose membership is defined by the Law and any Acts designating a Minister as a competent authority.

Ministerial Groups
Ministerial Groups are established by the Chief Minister or the Council of Ministers to provide a central ministerial forum in which to consider and deliberate matters ranging across a number of portfolios.
Ministerial Groups are established to advise the responsible Minister as they make decisions in their areas of responsibility, usually to support prominent areas of policy development or oversight of major projects.

HAWAG was established on 16 February 2024 to consider applications under the Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012.

Legislation Advisory Panel (LAP)
The Legislation Advisory Panel was established on 16 February 2024 to:
- to advise the Chief Minister on a range of legislative matters, mainly relating to courts, court procedures, and the wider administration of justice
- review reports received from the Jersey Law Commission

Ports Policy Ministerial Group (PPMG)
The Ports Policy Ministerial Group was re-established on 10 May 2024 to:
- provide a central political forum for matters relating to Ports of Jersey
- support the Ministers for Treasury and Resources, and Sustainable Economic Development, in the discharge of the related obligations

Safeguarding Ministerial Group (SMG)
The Safeguarding Ministerial Group was re-established on 10 May 2024 to:
- keep Ministers informed of key developments within the safeguarding of children and adults at risk
- romote shared Ministerial understanding, learning, political coordination, cross government discussion and oversight
Sports and Physical Activity Ministerial Group (SPAMG)
The Sports and Physical Activity Ministerial Group was established on 14 June 2024. The group will provide a central political forum for matters relating to sport and physical activity, including the contribution of Jersey Sport, and support the Assistant Minister with responsibility for sport in the discharging of their functions.
