Summary
This memorandum of understanding (MoU) is between the Attorney General and the Jersey Child Protection Committee in relation to serious case reviews.
The purpose of this MoU is to set out the arrangements for the participation of the Attorney General in serious case reviews conducted under the auspices of the Jersey Child Protection Committee (“JCPC”).
