​The Minister for Housing and Communities made a commitment  to develop a "right-sizing" policy for Jersey to help support homeowners who wish to move to a smaller, more suitable property and may need some help to do so. This report is the recent findings from the online survey carried out to  gauge the views and opinions of islanders towards the concept of "right-sizing".
