Summary
Multi-morbidity is defined as the presence of 2 or more long-term (chronic) medical conditions in a patient. The analysis presented in this report on the multi-morbidity of Jersey residents is based on data recorded by General Practitioners (GPs) in Jersey, as at 31 December 2021.
