Summary

The Independent School Funding Review published in 2021, recommended a range of measures to improve educational outcomes and experience for children and young people in Jersey. 

Among these was developing a "radically simpler funding formula, so all schools and colleges have transparent and equitable budgets, and the funding system is flexible for the future."​

This publication builds on the 2022, 2023 and 2024 Funding Formulae, outlines changes to the formula made in 2025, and identifies ongoing work.​
