​The purpose of this report is to explore the potential environmental and economic impacts arising from the introduction of a variety of environmental tax and spending packages in the States of Jersey. The analysis focuses on providing a high-level evaluation of a set of policies, identfied in conjunction with the Environment and Planning Department, with potential to contribute to Jersey's environmental objectives.
