Further Examination in Public
Introduction
The Minister has lodged his intended Revised Plan with a view to debate by the States Assembly during week commencing 14th July 2014. In response, a number of other States Members have lodged proposed amendments. At the request of the Minister, the Inspectors examined amendments 6, 9 and 10 at a further Examination in Public (EiP).
Date and Venue
The Examination in Public took place on Monday 7 July. The Inspectors are now preparing their report, which will shortly be submitted to the Minister.

Inspectors
The Minister for Planning and Environment has appointed Mr Chris Shepley CBE BA DipTP MRTPI and Mr Alan Langton DipTP CEng MRTPI MICE MCIHT to act as Inspector and Assistant Inspector to conduct an independent Examination in Public (EiP) into his proposed revisions to the 2011 Island Plan.

The Minister's response

Volume 1
This deals with all representations, and the Minister’s initial response to them, relating to the form and content of the policies that the Minister is proposing to amend. The representations have been considered relative to the policies to which they relate.
