The Minister for the Environment resolved on 6 November 2017 that a Public Inquiry is to be held into the construction of 65 No. three bed dwellings with associated landscaping and parking at Field No. P632 and P559, La Route du Manoir, St Peter.
Planning application reference PP/2017/1444
The Inquiry will be held in accordance with the Planning and Building (Public Inquiries) (Jersey) Order 2008 (Amended 2015).
When the inquiry will commence
The Inquiry opened on 5 March and was formally closed by the Inspector on 6 March. The Inspector will now prepare his report to the Minister. Representations were heard and will be considered by Mr Nigel McGurk BSc(Hons) MCD MBA MRTPI the independent Inspector appointed to hold the Inquiry.

The deadline for the submission of Statements of Case was 5pm on Friday 12 January 2018
