The Minister for the Environment resolved on 25 July 2016 that a public inquiry is to be held into the planning application submitted for the construction of a secondary school with associated external facilities, parking, landscaping and sports field, at Fields No. 80, 84, 85, 86, 86A, 87, 87A, 88 and 88A, La Rue Carree, St. Brelade.
The inquiry shall be held in accordance with the Planning and Building (Public Inquiries) (Jersey) Order 2008 (Amended 2015).

Those representations already made on the planning application will be considered and may be heard by Mr Graham Self FRTPI, the independent Inspector appointed to hold the inquiry.
Anyone who has not already submitted a representation who now wishes to submit a Statement of Case, should submit this by Thursday 5 January 2017 (amended from Tuesday 6 December 2016 - see inspector’s second note below). Your Statement of Case should not exceed 1,500 words and must include name and postal address.
Anyone who wishes to give evidence and take part in the inquiry should also make this clear and provide email and landline telephone contact details.
