About the Public Inquiry
The Minister for the Environment has previously resolved that a Public Inquiry is to be held into the planning application: P/2021/1670.
Date of the Inquiry
The Inquiry opened at 9.30am on Monday 4 April 2022 and closed on Friday 8 April 2022.

In February 2022, the department completed a Data Protection Impact Assessment on the publication, via YouTube, of the public sessions of the Our Hospital Planning Inquiry. This Assessment undertook to remove the sessions from publication after a 6 month period, and not to keep a copy. This has now been carried out.
