The Jersey Dental Fitness Scheme helps towards the cost of routine dental treatment for young people between the ages of 11 and 21 in full time education.
Use the form to let the Dental Department know that you want your child, who is entering Year 6 / secondary school, to join the scheme. The Dental Department will then cover the costs of certain treatment (identified at their first appointment) needed to make your child dentally fit.
