After the referral
Once your referral has been submitted, a therapist will contact you by phone. We'll inform you by letter of the date and time of the call.
We’ll ask about the difficulties you’ve been having and determine if we’re the right service for you. The phone call will take about 45 minutes.
If we’re the right service for you, we’ll talk you through the different options and agree to a plan. We’ll explain:
- how long it will last
- what you’ll need to do
- how long you can expect to wait before commencing therapy
We try our best to keep this to a minimum but due to the high demand for our service this can take up to several weeks.
Once your consultation has taken place, the therapist may decide that our treatments aren’t right for you and will give guidance on other options.
Parking
There is no parking available at our Don Street office other than parish parking bays. The nearest public carpark is Minden Place.
