CABE Report

CABE has been appointed to provide independent enabling and design review consultancy services to the Environment and Public Services Committee (E&PS) of the States of Jersey. The site under consideration is the area of reclaimed land on the St. Helier Waterfront (referred to as the Waterfront) lying between the old town and the port.
