Between 4 and 6 December, Transport and Technical Services will be carrying out a condition survey to measure the grip of a range of typical Jersey roads. To carry this out it will be necessary to close the selected roads for intervals of approximately 5 minutes to allow specialist survey vehicles to collect data, on occasions at high speed.

All the work will take place between 9.00am and 4.30pm to avoid disrupting peak hour traffic. The survey work is weather dependant and where changes to the programme are necessary, motorists will be provided with updates via the Traffic News.
