Enterprise and Business Development report that the 2007 Jersey Undergraduate Internship is progressing with continued momentum and that 42 placements have been confirmed.
The project manager, Lucy Davis, anticipates that the goal of placing 100 students in meaningful and challenging summer internships will be achieved within the coming weeks.
Students yet to be placed are encouraged to make contact with the Enterprise and Business Development office located on Bath St. to discuss the opportunities that are still available. Lucy said:” I would encourage undergraduates to drop in and introduce themselves personally to us - we would be very pleased to give advice and possibly arrange an interview. “
All businesses and students yet to register are encouraged to do so. Information and registration forms can be located on the Economic Development Department's section.
