States of Jersey Police have confirmed that a 6th victim in the multiple stabbing incident at St Helier earlier today, has died.
The woman had been undergoing surgery at the General Hospital after she was left in a critical condition following the incident at Victoria Crescent, Upper Midvale Road, St Helier.
The victims include 2 women, 2 men and 2 young children. The identities and ages of the deceased have yet to be confirmed.
A major incident room has been set up at Police Headquarters in St Helier, and Police are appealing for anyone who may have any information to contact them on 01534 612612.
