Passengers arriving at Jersey Airport this Christmas can take part in some festive fundraising while also sending a cheery message to friends and family.
A ‘Selfie Studio’ has been set up in the baggage reclaim area for arriving passengers to take a quick snap which they can tweet with the tags @jerairport #home4xmas.
The winner of the best selfie image will win £250 worth of vouchers and Jersey Airport will donate £1 to a local charity for every selfie posted.
In addition, arriving passengers waiting to collect their luggage can make use of a camera in baggage reclaim to broadcast a festive message live to friends and family waiting in the arrivals hall.
The initiatives will run from Friday 19 December until Wednesday 24 December. People can view the images online at Jersey Airport’s Twitter address - @jerairport.
