The Access to Justice Review Advisory Panel will hold a public hearing with Advocate Rose Colley, Chair of the Jersey Consumer Council, on Monday 21 March in the Blampied Room, States Building, beginning at 3pm.
This forms part of the Chief Minister’s continuing Access to Justice Review which was approved by the States Assembly in 2014.
The hearing will allow the Panel to discuss in greater detail with Advocate Colley the points raised in the Consumer Council’s written submission to the Review.
The public hearing will be chaired by Senator Paul Routier and attended by Connétable Deidre Mezbourian, Connétable Juliette Gallichan, Deputy Montfort Tadier and Deputy Jackie Hilton.
The Panel invites members of the public to attend the hearing. In addition, a full transcript will be uploaded to the relevant Access to Justice Review web page shortly after the hearing.
