Teams from Infrastructure and Environment have been out since 2am salting Jersey's main roads. They are, in the main, clear of ice and snow but caution is needed due to the potential for localised freezing.
Islanders are advised to adjust their driving according to the conditions, with the air temperature and ground temperatures below zero.
Country lanes will not have been salted so may be icy.
Liberty Bus is expecting to run a normal service today.
Well-used pavements and paths in St Helier are being salted, but pedestrians and cyclists are again encouraged to take extra caution.
