Following the publication of the Prior Information Notice (PIN) for the Acute Hospital at
Overdale, the New Healthcare Facilities Programme (NHFP) has entered the next stage of
the procurement process and published an Expression of Interest (EOI), Tender Event
advertisements and a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ).
The PQQ process will be managed through the Proactis Portal and this is open to those
parties who wish to register their interest. The PQQ will be completed by main Works
Delivery Partners to assess their suitability for delivering the Acute Hospital project. The
results of the PQQ will help the Programme team to shortlist Main Works Delivery Partners
to move forward in the tendering process.
The work required for the Acute Hospital at Overdale is substantial and demands
specialised experience. The publication of the PQQ is an important step to ensure that the
right partner, equipped with the necessary skills and expertise, is secured for this major
infrastructure project.
The Minister for Health and Social Services, Deputy Tom Binet, said: “I am pleased that we
are making good progress with the Programme’s procurement, having recently published
the Prior Information Notice and holding two successful webinars for Main Works Delivery
Partners and related suppliers.
“The scale of work needed for the Acute Hospital is significant and requires specialist
skills and experience, so securing the right Delivery Partner is absolutely essential.”
Suppliers can find out more about the PQQ on the Proactis Portal: GoJ - NHFP - Overdale Acute Hospital - Main Works Delivery Partner.
