A product safety notice has been issued for this chair as it presents a high risk of injuries.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005. When checked it was identified that the sides were too short and insufficient strength in the backrest to hold the user in place. There were holes in the sides which were the shape and size allowing children to insert their fingers and get stuck and the bag it was sent in was an asphyxiation hazard.
