This product presents with a risk of fire as the charging pad may overheat.  This product does not meet safety standards.

A black and red circular wireless charging pad. The product is supplied with a Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) branded accord player. The accord player is NOT affected by the safety issue and can still be charged with a wired connection using USB C port on the top of the device.

If you have bought this product stop using it immediately and use a wired connection to charge the device. Affected consumers have been contacted by RNIB and will automatically receive a replacement device, as well as a stamped addressed envelope to return the affected charging pad.
