ISE fees amended in the 2021 budget by the States Assembly

Deadline for submission of your registration

New applications can be submitted at any time, but approval and the registration fee will only apply for the rest of that calendar year. You should submit a renewal application every January using the online application form.

Deadline for fees

The deadline for the payment of the annual renewal fee is 31 March each year. You can't renew your registration if you have fees outstanding for previous years.

ISEs seeking an initial registration after 31 March must pay their fee within 14 days of the date of application approval.

How to pay the fee

For details see the how to pay GST webpage.

How to complete the online application form

When you complete the online application form, remember:

  • the type headings (AL, PM, FSB etc) use the same abbreviations as the licences authorised and approved by the Jersey Financial Services Commission
  • the ISE registration for the parent company can include all underlying companies, and therefore you will only need one ISE registration and number.

Renewing your registration

You must renew your ISE registration at the start of each calendar year. A new end user relief certificate (EURC) will be sent to you for that calendar year and you should notify your suppliers, and send them a copy of your EURC if requested.
