Applying for an E-Visa for Egypt

How to apply

Jersey passport holders cannot apply for an E-Visa through the official Visa2Egypt website. 

Any applications made through the website are non-refundable, so we advise that you apply for an E-Visa either: 

• when you arrive in Egypt at approved bank kiosks at an airport arrivals terminal, see Foreign travel advice Egypt on the GOV.UK website  
• before you travel through the Egyptian Consulate in the UK, you can do this in person or by post, see Visas on the Eyptian Consulate UK website 

Free visas on arrival

British passport holders, including Jersey-variant passports, who are travelling to just one of the following resorts, for a maximum of 15 days, are normally granted a free visa on arrival in Egypt:

• Sharm el Sheikh
  
• Dahab
  
• Nuweiba
• Taba
