Health and Safety Manager

The Health and Safety Manager is responsible for providing leadership, direction, support, assurance, and technical expertise on Health and Safety issues across the business. In addition, they assist the Executive Committee in establishing, implementing, monitoring, and improving the company’s safety culture and management systems across all the company’s teams.

The role holder will have exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the company. Engaging teams, understanding what drives behaviours and how to support and coach to modify them, and holding people to account for delivery and improvement planning will all be key to the success of this role, and through this developing a strong safety culture for everyone in Jersey Water.
