Full or Part time positions available.
Successful candidate will work across the island with a range of individuals and needs, within their own homes and or in the respite house. The requirements include to work varied shift patterns, including over nights, depending on the needs of the user of our service and the company. The role includes working unsupervised without direct supervision within a community setting whilst always having access to support remotely as required.
Our young adults respite and outreach team is growing and we are looking for the best support workers to underpin and support this development.
We are also looking for the right people for our small section supporting older adults to remain in their own homes.
