Working as part of the Finance Operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business with billing administration and will also be responsible for coordinating and uploading e-billing invoices to client portals. This job will play a key role in helping drive process efficiencies and optimising the firm's working capital.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Essential: basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- Prior experience working in a finance role is required
- Preferred: experience in e-Billing, uploading invoices to online platforms or in a billing department
- Preferred: experience using eBilling Hub and Aderant Expert
- Highly diligent with an organised and timely approach to work, ensures attention to detail
- Excellent client service mentality
- Analytical and logical approach, with a strong sense of initiative
- Core skills required
- Ability to speak and understand English
