In-House Counsel

Reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel, this role will support the In-House Legal function (within the wider In-House Counsel and Corporate Governance team) on a variety of legal matters, primarily supporting our corporate and fiduciary services business, Ogier Global. The role will include the provision of advisory services to the senior management of Ogier Global and other key stakeholders within the Ogier business.

Candidates should be a qualified lawyer of at least 4 years' PQE, experience of working within a cross-jurisdictional/offshore corporate and regulatory environment would be an advantage and in-house experience welcome but not compulsory.
