We are currently seeking a motivated and highly organized administrator to join our dynamic team.
Job Description: As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and organizing office operations and procedures
Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Assisting with booking and coordinating travel arrangements for large groups
Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed
Answering phone calls and emails
Processing bookings and payments
Coordinating with suppliers and partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
