Are you passionate about supporting autistic children and young adults? Autism Jersey seeks a dedicated Children & Young Adults Service Manager to lead high-quality services and oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and team supervision.
Key responsibilities include acting as the Registered Manager & Designated Safeguarding Lead, providing on-call support on a rota basis, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and maintaining regulatory standards.
Essential qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Supervisory experience
Minimum Level 3 RQF (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred)
At least five years’ experience working with autistic individuals.
An enhanced DBS and references checks are required. The rate of pay is dependant on experience and qualifications.
