As a Commis Chef you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support the Head Chef and keep things running like clockwork.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a creative and supportive environment. You will work closely with our skilled chefs to prepare and execute all dishes to a high standard. You’ll also assist in the smooth running of the kitchen with direction from more senior members of the kitchen brigade making sure you provide outstanding food experiences for our guests and customers. You will need to support your kitchen to make sure it is fully compliant with health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
