Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Senior Shop Manager to join the Retail Department at Holme Grown.
The Senior Shop Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Jersey Hospice Care’s Holme Grown charity shop, maintaining a high level of customer service and maximise revenue.
You will work collaboratively with the Head of Retail and other members of the Retail Management Team and provide cover and support in other retail locations as required. You will lead, manage, develop, and train employees and volunteers, ensuring their understanding of their roles and responsibilities and the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have significant retail and supervisory or management experience.
