Senior Analytics Manager

The role holder sits in the Data, Analytics & CRM team and will support the analysis and insight of Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) product lines and customer base across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man (CIIOM).

Analytics will include tactical and strategic analyses, predictive modelling/segmentation, statistical / financial models, and optimization.

The Role holder will work closely with Regional and Global Analytics teams in order to improve the Business by providing insights which shall be used to make improvements or changes in the processes, product design, pricing, and channel usage. Insight generation will include hypothesis testing, data mining, predictive modelling, and building/using tools which will help optimize the processes (e.g. pricing optimization, channel optimization, lead distribution).
