Experienced Senior Health Care Assistant

Ronceray Care Home is a small individualised high-quality dementia care service, offering compassionate support to individuals who need assistance in their daily lives. We are looking for an Experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in providing care that truly makes a difference.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will take on a leadership role in our care team. You will be responsible for leading the team ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work closely with the health care assistances and be an integral part of developing care plans, supervising junior care assistants, and ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times.
Experience is preferred and must have NVQ/RQF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
