Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Contract Manager will be responsible for managing our customer relationships to ensure excellent service delivery, value for money and sustainable growth. You will also identify, target and generate and win new sales to increase turnover and profitable income for the business. Building enduring multi-level customer relationships is a primary objective of the role and the role holder will need to have excellent financial management and communication skills.
