Front of House

We are looking for a Café Assistant to join a small friendly team. We are looking for someone able to work on weekends from 8am-4pm, there is a certain amount of flexibility in the hours and more hours are available in the week if that suits the applicant.

Your Primary role will be serving customers with a welcoming and friendly manner, making barista level coffee (full training provided) taking orders and clearing tables. As a small team we all get involved in what needs doing at the time so the role will involve dishwashing work and also light cleaning during quieter times.

This role would suit someone who is able to demonstrate good rapport with customers, works fast under pressure during peak times, and is self-motivated to keep busy, and does not need micromanagement (once trained) during quieter times.
