Good example of early 19th century house, with earlier origins. Positioned to take advantage of magnificent marine view.

External Description
Semi-detached to rear, side on to road, 2 storey, 4 bay, west bay may be later addition next to road. Hipped slate roof, dormer with timber casement window, slender glazing bars, 2 rendered corniced chimneys to west above hip, and east end; moulded timber cornice below gutter tray. Front/south elevation (overlooks garden): Rendered wall. Rendered porch to original central bay, chunky square pillars, moulded cornice, deep entablature, cornice, flat roof. Timber sash windows, no horns, 16 narrow panes (8/8), central bead. single storey extension to right (east). Side/west elevation: faces Regent Road, single bay extension, well integrated into main building, lower window pvc; upper windows timber sash, 12 pane (6/6), no horns. To street granite rubble wall, dressed granite gateway, large blocks, 2 small ones with carved uncrowned harps, overthrow block with incised name panel (name gone). Granite rubble wall to south of garden. Long garden to east.
Internal Description
C18 / early C19 interior features including curving mahogany staircase, window paneling, internal doors, architrave. Substantial exposed timber beams to ground floor, and granite corbelled fireplace indicate earlier C18/C17 origins.
