Alemba Jersey Limited proposed creditors winding up

Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to article 160(1)(b) of the Companies Jersey Law 1991, as amended, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at GS Accountants Limited, Beauport House L'avenue De La Commune, JE3 7BY on 20 May 2020 via conference call at 2pm.

A statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the person nominated by the Company to be liquidator for the purposes of the winding up, John Asplet of GS Accountants Limited, Beauport House L'avenue De La Commune, JE3 7BY, will be proposed.
