NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Article 160(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, a meeting of the creditors of ALRA LIMITED (“the Company”) will be held at 28 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3QA on 9 December 2021 at 10am for the purposes provided for in Articles 160, 161 and 162 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991.

A Statement of Affairs of the Company will be laid before the meeting and Stuart Arthur Gardner and Richard Peter Barker of Ernst & Young LLP will be nominated as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the Creditors’ Winding Up.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting may do so either in person or by proxy.  Completed proxy forms and particulars of claims must be lodged at Ernst & Young LLP, Liberation House, Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1EY not later than 12 noon the business day before the meeting.
