Restore Builders Limited (the
Company) whose registered office is Morier House, Halkett Place, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1DD and which traded from C Store, Halcyon House, West Hill, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3BH
AND
Mr Thomas Mclaughlin (Mr Mclaughlin) of Pinewood, 40 Clearview Street, St. Helier JE2 3YP (formerly trading as Restorebuilders)
The property of the Company and Mr Mclaughlin was declared en désastre (bankrupt) by Acts of the Royal Court dated 25 November 2022.
Creditors are required to write to the Viscount's Department, by no later than 4 January 2023, with full details of their claims, together with copies of supporting documentation. Failure to do so will result in the creditor being excluded from any distribution of the assets.
Any creditor who claims that:
- any amount due to them ranks for payment in priority to any other debts
- they have a surety (caution), guarantee, hypothec, security interest or other charge affecting the property of the Company and/or Mr Mclaughlin, and/or
- they have a claim for the repossession of goods
must provide details in their statement of claim and provide copies of all relevant supporting documentation
All persons who owe debts to the Company and/or Mr Mclaughlin are required to pay the amounts due to the Viscount's Department in full by no later than 4 January 2023.
