Take notice that Charles M. Willie & Co. (Chartering) Ltd has been placed into liquidation as at 22 March 2023 pursuant to Article 146(2)(b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991.

Steve Baluchi and Christopher Stevens, FRP Advisory Trading Limited have been appointed as joint liquidators.

The Directors are satisfied that Charles M. Willie & Co. (Chartering) Ltd has no liabilities.
