Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to article 158 (1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that the following special resolution of the shareholders of the Company was passed on 1 November 2021:

  1. That the Company be wound up by means of a creditors' winding up pursuant to Chapter 4 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended
  2. That Ed Shorrock of Kroll (Channel Islands) Ltd., 3rd Floor, North, 7 Esplanade, St. Helier, Jersey JE2 3QA and Paul Williams of Kroll Advisory Ltd., The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be nominated as Joint Liquidators of the Company
