Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to article 160(1)(b) of the Companies Jersey Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at BDO Limited, First Floor, Windward House, La Route de la Liberation, St Helier, JE1 1BG on 30 September 2020 at 11.15am at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the nomination of Philip Braun of BDO Limited, First Floor, Windward House, La Route de la Liberation, St Helier, JE1 1BG and William Callewaert of BDO Limited, Place Du Pre, Rue Du Pre, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3LL as joint liquidators of the Company will be proposed.

Such information concerning the Company's affairs as creditors of the Company may reasonably require will be furnished free of charge by the sole director of the Company at 3rd Floor, 44 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 9WG during normal business hours during the period before the said creditors' meeting.
