Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 204(1)(b) of the BVI Business Companies Act 2004 (as amended), that the liquidation of the Company commenced on 13 August 2024 and that Aaron Gardner of FTI Consulting (BVI) Limited, 1st Floor, Sea Meadow House, Tobacco Wharf, PO Box 3905, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands, has been appointed as Liquidator of the Company. 

Notice is also hereby given that all creditors of the Company are required on or before 19 September 2024 to send their names, address and details of their debt to the contact details provided below.
