Notice of dissolution and transfer of funds: Jersey Women's Refuge

Notice is hereby given of an application to be made to the Royal Court at 10am on Friday 7 October 2022 to approve the formal dissolution of the Jersey Women’s Refuge C.S.&C. Association and to sanction the transfer of all remaining Jersey Women’s Refuge CIG balances to the Jersey Common Interest Group of Community Savings Ltd.

Any interested person who wishes to object to the Royal Court granting the above application should, on or before 7 October 2022 notify the Judicial Greffier, Judicial Greffe, Royal Square, JE1 1JG setting out in writing the grounds of objection and should attend before the Royal Court at 10am on Friday 7 October 2022.
