Draganfly Investments Limited in liquidation

Notice is hereby given to the creditors and members of Draganfly Investments Limited (the “Company”) that a hearing in the Royal Court of Jersey (Samedi Division) is to take place on 5 December 2023 at 9am for final orders to wind up the Company pursuant to Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended). This application has been brought by the liquidator.      

Any creditor or member of the Company may (this is not legal advice and a creditor should seek their own legal advice), object to the final orders to wind up the Company or seek to intervene at the hearing listed for 5 December 2023 to make representations or they can acquiesce.  

We request that any correspondence from any creditor or member (including any notice of objection) in response to this notice be sent in writing via email or post to the liquidator, Mr Adrian Rabet at adrian.rabet@btguk.com or Begbies Traynor, Unit 19/20, 4 Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3NR, with reference "Draganfly Investments Ltd (in liquidation)”.
