26 May 2020Notice is hereby given that by Act of the Royal Court dated 29 April 2020 that Geneva Trust Company (GTC) SA (“GTC”) in its capacity as trustee of the trust known as the Ironzar II Trust (“the Trust”) has been ordered by the Court to commence the winding up of the Trust in accordance with the procedure imposed by the Court. This notice is given by order of the Royal Court.
Any creditors of GTC in its capacity as trustee of the Trust are required to write to GTC at the address set out below by no later than 5.00pm on the 27 June 2020 with full particulars of their claim(s), together with copies of supporting documentation or other evidence upon which it wishes to rely together with details of any evidence it believes does or may exist but which it cannot obtain (and the reason for its belief as to the existence of that evidence and why it cannot be obtained). If you do not provide your proof, and copies of all supporting documentation, by 27 June 2020 you will forfeit your right to participate in the distribution of the Trust's assets.
Any creditor who claims that:
- Any amount due to them ranks for payment in priority to any other debts; and/or
- They have a surety (“caution”), guarantee, hypothec, security interest or other charge affecting the assets held upon the trusts of the Trust
Must provide details of their statement of claim and provide copies of all relevant supporting documentation.
