Glasshouse Yard Limited creditors' winding up

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 160(1)(b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of Glasshouse Yard Limited (the "Company") will be held at Collas Crill LLP, 1st Floor, Gaspé House, 66-72 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1GH, on 10 March 2025 at 4.15pm at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the nomination of Matthew Aidan Tucker and Louis Leonard Gerber of Leonard Curtis Jersey Limited, 2nd Floor, The Le Gallais Building, 54 Bath Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1FW as liquidators of the Company will be proposed for the purposes of a Creditors’ Winding Up of the Company.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting may do so either in person, remotely or by proxy. Proxy forms will be provided separately to creditors on request. Completed proxy forms must be lodged by post or email by no later than 12pm the business day before the meeting.
